Delivery delays due to COVID-19 restrictions
Our suppliers are experiencing a high volume of orders with reduced staff and delays to delivery times. We are managing this on an individual basis with orders, however large orders (15+ products) will likely experience delays of up to 10 days.
We are still open
Our online store is still open with orders being dispatched daily (Monday-Friday). We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of staff and the timely delivery of orders.
All markets and events are closed for now, but we’re available online for all your candle needs. We are committed to continuing to provide our services to new and loyal customers through this challenging time.
All orders will still be processed and dispatched as per usual via Sendle who offer 100% carbon neutral shipping and door to door tracking, all shipped in eco friendly bio degradable packaging.
For the time being, Sendle & Australia Post are no longer requiring a signature on delivery or collection. Instead of a signature, the parcel will be left at the door for collection. Please provide special delivery instructions when placing your order if this is not possible at your address.
Health, safety and wellbeing is our top priority. We are following the recommendations of the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable. Across our production and storage areas we have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent hand washing, use of sanitiser and cleaning of equipment. Our Production has been ramped up to ensure adequate stocks of your favourite products in the event that manufacturing is interrupted for a period of time.
